In this page you will find a set of rules and guidelines outlining the conditions under which items can be returned, exchanged, or refunded. This policy explains also what you, as a customer, should do if you're not satisfied with your purchase or if something goes wrong - like receiving a damaged or incorrect item.

If an item arrives and the packaging is clearly and significantly damaged, please take some photos (or a video) showing both the damage and the shipping label of the package, refuse to accept the delivery and contact us within 3 days, providing the order number. Once we receive the package back, we will arrange a reprint and a new shipping for you as a matter of priority. Free of charge of course!
If you notice that an item is damaged after it has been delivered to you, please contact us within 30 days of receipt; we will be happy to assist you and find a solution. In this case we will need the order number, some photos of the damaged product (front and back) and the photo of the shipping label. Once we have checked and verified the damage, we will send you a free replacement order as quickly as possible.
If no one collects the package at the address you provided, the shipment may be available for collection for a limited time at your local post office or courier collection point.
If in either case you were unable to collect the package, we ask you to contact us so that we can refund the price of the product, after the package is returned to us. Shipping costs are not included in the refund as they are not recoverable.
All prints should match the products portrayed on our website. If the item is significantly different from the description or sample shown to you, please contact us within 30 days so we can investigate further and arrange a free reprint for you as a matter of priority. Please note that slight color variations can occur due to factors like printer settings and materials.
If your package hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please reach out to us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. After checking the tracking number, we'll arrange for a replacement at no extra cost. We also cover the shipping cost.
In compliance with the European Directive 2011/83 and the art. 52 of the Italian Consumer Code, you can return the item within 14 days from the date of delivery. No justification is needed; just contact us through the Contact Form and write your decision to exercise the right of withdrawal. We will give you the return address.
If you decide to return the item within the 14-day period, you are responsible for the costs of postage and packaging. Starting from the date on which you communicated the decision, you have 14 days to ship the item. After receiving the product, in perfect condition, we will refund you the full amount you paid for the purchase, including shipping costs, within 7 days. Return costs, however, are at your expense and are not refundable.
We recommend that you take your time to choose the perfect print for your space - or feel free to ask us for advice if you'd like a second opinion! Similarly, please ensure you measure up carefully. A great trick is to cut a sheet of paper to the exact size of the print you're considering and tape it to the wall. This will give you a really good sense of how the print will look in your space.
